Andy has been working in personal and organisational change for 25 years. Helping clients take purposeful action with a greater sense of ease.
Andy specialises in coaching teams creating spaces for them to look up from the onslaught of daily demands, breathe, connect, and collectively create futures that reflect them at their best.
Following early careers in Engineering and Overseas Development Andy discovered and pursued a passion for personal growth. His subsequent studies in coaching, psychology and organisational change are backed up by the practical experience of facilitating thousands of learning experiments in organisations.

Andy studied the psychology of change on the MSc: Change Agent Skills and Strategies at Surrey University he also holds a BA(Hons) in Politics and International Relations. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and holds additional coaching certifications in team coaching, systemic coaching and constellation mapping.
Andy lives in the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds with his partner Emma and their two daughters. His other great passion is aikido, he is an instructor 5th Dan and uses its many lessons to ground and balance everything else.
