I’m Elliot Weider, Founder Of All Round Leadership

Work is an integral part of many of our lives. The wealth of knowledge and experience I gained in management positions at Tesco, in working with other companies and from listening to what people want from their jobs made me want to make a tangible difference to others’ work lives. I was once asked, ‘What’s most important to you?’ Without hesitation, I responded, ‘My wife, children, community, good health and my football team.’ Feeling pleased with myself that I instantly knew what I held dearest, a supplementary question was asked: ‘How does your life reflect what’s important to you?’ I paused, I thought and I quickly realised that my life did not reflect the things I treasured most.

This short interaction is what further inspired me to set up All Round Leadership. We help you as individuals and organisations to drive change and improve at least one aspect of life within and beyond the workplace. We know that enjoying your job is crucial to being content in general, and similarly that a happy personal life enables you to perform at your best when you’re at work.

Life Is Not A Dress Rehearsal

At ARL, we believe that life is here to be lived; that it is not a dress rehearsal for what may be coming next.

We encourage people to be honest with themselves about how they are performing at work and how this is affecting them, their colleagues, clients and family, as well as their productivity levels. We want you to immerse yourself in the experiences we offer so you feel confident, inspired and emboldened to try something new. It’s our hope that we make a difference to how our clients behave and work with others.
